The
ground rules.

These terms are between you and Unit 3 Marketing Group Inc (“Unit 3”, “we”), 58-15 58th Place, Maspeth, NY 11378. They cover unit3creative.com and the Unit 3 client portal. Project work itself is governed by the proposal you sign — where the two differ, the signed proposal wins.

Using the site

• You can browse, read, and contact us freely. Don’t scrape the site, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send spam.
• Everything on the site — copy, design, code, films, photos, concept sites — belongs to Unit 3 Creative Studio or the client it was made for. Don’t reuse it without written permission.
• Concept sites in the portfolio are demonstrations. Business names, people and details in them are fictional unless marked “Client”.

The chat and inquiries

Messages you send through /contact are an inquiry, not a contract. Nothing is booked, priced or promised until a proposal is signed by both sides. Replies are from real people during working hours; we aim for minutes, not days, but we don’t guarantee a response time.

Referrals

• Clients get a personal referral link. A referral counts when the person you referred signs a proposal with us through that link.
• One qualifying referral: 50% off your website build. Two: your website build is free. If you’d rather take cash than credit, we pay the equivalent after the referred client’s first payment clears.
• Self-referrals, referrals of an existing client, or anything that looks like gaming it don’t count. We may change or end the program for future referrals with notice in the portal; earned credit stays earned.

The client portal

• Your account is yours — keep the sign-in link private and tell us if you think someone else has it.
• You keep ownership of what you give us (your photos, copy, logos). You give us permission to use it to do the work.
• Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables described in the proposal.

Showing the work

Unit 3 reserves the right to use any work it produces — websites, films, photography, designs, apps, branding and the like — in its own marketing: the portfolio on this site, case studies, social media, proposals, pitch decks and similar materials, including naming you as the client. This applies to every engagement unless a contract signed by both parties expressly says otherwise. If you need the work kept private, say so before signing and we’ll put it in the proposal.

No warranties on the site

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t promise it’s error-free or always available, and we aren’t liable for losses from relying on it. Project deliverables carry the warranties in the signed proposal, not these terms.

Law

New York law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York, and both sides agree to try a direct conversation first.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means the new terms apply.
