Unit 3 Marketing Group Inc (“Unit 3”, “we”), 58-15 58th Place, Maspeth, NY 11378, runs unit3creative.com. This page says what we collect, why, who touches it, and how to get it changed or deleted. No legalese where plain words will do.

What we collect

• The chat on /contact. What you type, and the email you give us if you choose to save the chat. We use it to reply to you and to start your project if you go ahead.
• Referral links. If you arrive through a client’s referral link, we record the referral code with your inquiry so the referrer gets credit.
• Client portal. If you become a client, your account, project files, messages and approvals live in your portal, which runs on our Brain OS platform (app.unit3creative.com). The same rules here apply there.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics: page views and basic device and country data, with no cookies and no personal identifiers.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• We don’t run ad trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
• We don’t use your chat or project content to train anything, and we don’t share it beyond the tools below.

Who touches it

Only the services we need to run the site and your project:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Neon — the database behind the chat, referrals and client records.
• Resend — the emails we send you (chat links, project updates).
• Brain OS — our own platform that runs the client portal and the team’s side of the chat.

Each processes data on our instructions, under its own security terms.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The client portal sets a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in; that’s it.

How long we keep it

Chats and inquiries: as long as the conversation is live, then up to 24 months so we can pick it back up if you return. Client records: for the life of the engagement plus what tax and contract law require. Analytics: aggregated, not tied to you.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email gianluca@unit3creative.com. We answer within 30 days.
• Unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, or by replying “stop”.
• If you’re in New York, California, the EU or the UK, the rights those laws give you (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) apply, and the email above is how to use them.

Kids

The site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you think we have, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and, for clients, say so in the portal.
