A few recent jobs, start to finish. Every one began with a phone call and ended with a family or a tenant moving back in.
A failed supply line ran overnight and brought the family-room ceiling down. We extracted, dried the framing over four days, and rebuilt the ceiling, floor and built-ins.
A slow leak behind a living-room wall had been feeding mold for months. Containment, removal, a new vapor barrier and the leak fixed at its source — then new board, trim and paint.
The fire stayed in the kitchen; the smoke went everywhere. Board-up that night, pack-out of every room, soot and odor treatment, and a new kitchen.
Groundwater came through the foundation of a six-unit building. Two crews extracted overnight, dried every unit and had tenants back in under three weeks.
