01 — WATER

Water damage & flooding

Whether it's a supply line under the sink or a foot of storm water in the basement, the clock starts the minute water hits the floor. Within a day it wicks into drywall; within two, mold can start.

We extract standing water, open what has to come out, and set a drying plan measured with moisture meters every day — so you know when it's actually dry, not just dry to the touch.

02 — FIRE

Fire & smoke damage

After the fire department leaves there's a soaked, open, smoke-filled house. We board and tarp it the same night, then deal with the soot that settles on everything and the smell that settles into everything.

Contents can be packed out, cleaned and stored, and brought back when the house is ready for them.

03 — MOLD

Mold testing & removal

Mold is a moisture problem first. We find the source, contain the area under negative air so spores don't travel, remove what's affected and treat what stays.

Then we fix the reason it grew — the leak, the grading, the bathroom with no fan — so you aren't calling us again next spring.

04 — REBUILD

Reconstruction

The part most restoration companies hand off. Ours isn't. Drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, trim and paint, matched to what was there or upgraded while the walls are open.
