Our story
Two people, one tired field and a stubborn idea that food should taste like where it came from.
Our animals move to fresh grass every few days. They fertilise the fields, the fields feed the vegetables, and the vegetable scraps go back to the hens. It's an old way of farming, and it's slower — but you can taste it.
We never use synthetic fertilisers or routine antibiotics, and we sell almost everything within a few miles of where it was raised.
A borrowed tractor, a dozen hens and a stand at the end of the driveway.
Heritage sheep join the rotation and start rebuilding the soil.
A real store in the old barn, open four days a week.
Sheep, pigs, hens, a big vegetable garden — and a weekly farm share.
