Occupied floors, freight-elevator windows, quiet hours, and neighbors who need to sleep. Every Manhattan job runs on the building’s schedule — so we plan the whole shift around it, from protection up to broom clean.

Walls down — in sequence.
Finishes, ceilings, partitions, and slabs taken out in the right order. Hand tools where it’s tight, the robot where it’s tighter.
1:00 AM
Debris out.
Down the freight elevator and into our own containers. No waiting on someone else’s truck.
5:00 AM
Broom clean.
Protection down, elevator released, floor swept. Sound, swept, and safe for whoever walks in next.
7:00 AM
The building opens.
Like nothing happened — except the space is ready for what comes next.
